The Guam Women’s Chamber of Commerce is proud to present a morning of learning and engagement with representatives from the Commission on Decolonization’s three task forces: Statehood, Free Association and Independence. Mr. Joe Bradley, Chief Economist for the Bank of Guam, will also discuss the economic opportunities under each unique option.

How to Get Woman-Owned Small Business Certified

The WOSB Federal Contract Program was implemented in February 2011 with the goal of expanding the number of industries where WOSB were able to compete for business with the federal government. It also allows set-asides for WOSBs in industries where women-owned small businesses are substantially underrepresented.
