On July 17, 2015 my husband Frank died in a tragic motorcycle accident. In that moment, my life spiraled into darkness. I lost all hope of finding joy again. I tried to navigate through the darkness by seeking help and support from all angles starting with family and friends, support groups, prayer and even seeing a psychologist.
