How to Get Woman-Owned Small Business Certified

The WOSB Federal Contract Program was implemented in February 2011 with the goal of expanding the number of industries where WOSB were able to compete for business with the federal government. It also allows set-asides for WOSBs in industries where women-owned small businesses are substantially underrepresented.

The WOSB program has gone through some changes. The WOSB Repository has moved from the General Login System to the new SBA One Contracting Portal at certify.sba.gov. In this new portal, WOSB business owners will be able to manage their documents, complete forms online, and receive notices of upcoming deadlines.

The Guam Procurement Technical Assistance Center will explain the certification process and guide you through the WOSB Repository.
